MANUFACTURING PROCESS & SERVICE

Raw materials and bought out items are procured from approved suppliers. Machining and welding are done in house by skilled workmen. Assembly, inspection and testing are done in house by trained employees. Dish pressing& forming are done by approved Dish forming industries. Following tests are carried out in the factory itself:

     Hydro Test Max. kg/cm² pressure
     Water Fill Test
     Pneumatic Test Max. kg/ cm² pressure

Our equipments have applications in diverse industries such as Dairy & Food, Pharma, Drug & Cosmetics, Paper & Pulp, Brewery & Distillery, Chemical, Mining & Fertilizer, Marine & Automobile, Water & Waste Water Treatment, Steam & Power Generation etc.
